8 x 20” acrylic painting
I have been using a program to help with publishing my artwork in video format but the music available is rather limited and I certainly don’t want to run into the headache of using licensed music that i already own, so I had been looking for some alternative. What i found was an app to create music of my own. This is my second production. It’s pretty amateurish, but it’s mine :) and i’m still learning. The videos i produce are fairly short, so only portions of the songs i create are being used. It’s definitely a better option than what i was facing before.
Something near and dear to me are pet portraits. I started these as a gift for a friend and then discovered I really enjoy painting pets :)
I take commissions depending on my personal schedule, so feel free to reach out if interested. The paintings are on the small scale and painted in acrylic to keep them affordable. Rates are as follows:

Fortunate to have gotten my hands on some new equipment recently so expect some of the larger originals to become available as prints soon.
I’d been quite busy these last few months, but not necessarily in the art department. I did a few smaller pieces here and there, but this is a larger more substantial piece worth mentioning. It’s currently still a work in progress:
Recently completed: Honey. 16 x 20 inches; oval canvas. Oil, acyrlic and gold leaf.
It is such an honor to be one of the 250 participants in this year’s Avenue CDC “Art On The Avenue” being held once again at Winter Street Studios. Guest Juror, Gus Kopriva of Rebdud Gallery has curated the inner showroom with selected works from the show and I’m pleased to announce that my work is included there. (THANK YOU!!).
This annual event is Houston’s largest silent auction and has raised funds to enhance the quality of life of working families, and to promote healthy, vibrant, and economically diverse neighborhoods to ensure Houston’s future as a world-class city. I’m proud to have been a past participant and have the opportunity to participate once again.
I have donated these two items for auction. Click each photo to be taken to the online bidding page for the event. Please also visit the full auction page (HERE) to bid on the other donated items and artwork.

Original is now in a private collection and recently featured in the “MERCY” group show in Los Angeles at Cactus Gallery. MERCY was curated by good friend and fellow artist, Ivonne Carley, an incredible paper artist.
Painted in oil on canvas, wet on wet, not a typical style for me, but fun nonetheless.

Upcoming exhibition that I'm thrilled to be a part of:
