An art exhibit opening will take place at MECA TBH Campus. This exhibition will showcase Contemporary artists from across Texas who have been influenced by Frida’s work. The goal of the exhibit would be to provide visitors with a deeper understanding of Frida Kahlo’s art, life, and cultural impact, and to inspire them to continue exploring and appreciating her work.

I’m also excited to be participating in Lucha Libre 2020 Art Exhibit presented by Oak Cliff Culture Center in Dallas, Texas. It runs from January 11th through February 14th, so be sure to check it out if you’re in the area.

I am also excited to have been invited to participate as a featured artist in the Houston Ice Festival at St. Arnold’s Brewery on February 1st. Family event and free to the public. I hope to see you there.

Art On The Avenue 2018 ...

It is such an honor to be one of the 250 participants in this year’s Avenue CDC “Art On The Avenue” being held once again at Winter Street Studios. Guest Juror, Gus Kopriva of Rebdud Gallery has curated the inner showroom with selected works from the show and I’m pleased to announce that my work is included there. (THANK YOU!!).

This annual event is Houston’s largest silent auction and has raised funds to enhance the quality of life of working families, and to promote healthy, vibrant, and economically diverse neighborhoods to ensure Houston’s future as a world-class city. I’m proud to have been a past participant and have the opportunity to participate once again.
