Maman Brigitte ...
Now available as prints, “Maman Brigitte”, death loa, wife to Baron Samedi. (voodoo) [link]
Original is now in a private collection and recently featured in the “MERCY” group show in Los Angeles at Cactus Gallery. MERCY was curated by good friend and fellow artist, Ivonne Carley, an incredible paper artist.
Painted in oil on canvas, wet on wet, not a typical style for me, but fun nonetheless.
