Cool! But…where is this? I can see a bottle of Segram’s 7 in the background so I’m guessing this is a place with a bar? Did you sell it or is it on loan?

bachelor’s apartment that just happens to look like a bar [they even have a big texas budlight neon sign]. the place belongs to my friend rob [in second photo, the guy on the left] and raul [same pic, white t-shirt].
it’s “on loan” until i find a buyer, but while i was there, raul asked if it was for sale, “sure!” and there is a possible deal in the works.
it just seemed such a waste to be rolled up in my closet for so long.
