yet another piece i was working on instead of what i should have been working on.

this is another photo-based work by irina ionesco. say what you will about the controversial photos of her lovely young daughter, eva, but she is a wonderful subject.

size: 8 x 8 inch canvas board
medium: paper, acrylic, dye, webbing spray, pigment, tissue, oil paint

with all those layers, the canvas became quite bumpy and textured [if you click the image above, view the "original size" and you'll see what i mean].
